Where it all began..

Med Firm was born from the powerful journey of accountant Armand Kadima, a refugee, orphan, and widower father of 8 children who tragically watched his beloved wife bleed to death for three days from complications from a routine cesarean that birthed his second set of twins. His grief and grueling experience in the hospital, inspired him with the empathy to support medical and healthcare businesses with his expertise, transmuting pain into service and purpose. Armand created the Med Firm team to bring clarity and peace of mind to medical and healthcare entrepreneurs.
Over time, Armand and the team recognized that the challenges they were helping physicians overcome were not unique to healthcare. Cash-flow strain, tax burdens, and overwhelming financial decisions are universal. Together, they saw the opportunity to bring the same level of clarity, care, and strategic guidance to a broader community of business owners.
Driven by a shared mission to help people find stability, confidence, and peace of mind, the Med Firm team expanded its services beyond healthcare, extending the empathy and expertise that shaped its beginnings to support professionals and
service-based businesses of all kinds.
